What do I do if I have forgotten my student email or Moodle password?

Step-by-step guide to recovering a forgotten student email or Moodle password at AIH

If you have forgotten your password and have set up a secondary account, please follow the instructions below to reset your password and get access to your account.

If you have not set up a secondary account, please contact our IT team (it@aih.edu.au) so they can assist in resetting youru password.

Step 1 : Navigate to https://www.microsoft365.com/

Step 2 : Click on the Sign in button. This will redirect you to the sign in page.

Step 3 : Enter in your student email address and select “ Forgotten my password ”. This will redirect you to the account restore page.

Step 4 : Complete the captcha and click Next

Step 5: Select " I’ve forgotten my password " and click next . This will redirect you to the verification step. Select your email address and click on Email. This will send a password reset code to your Secondary Email Address you have previously set up.

Enter in your Verification code. You will then be prompted to enter a new password. Your password has now been reset. Please note that the synchronization time can take up to 15 minutes.
