What do I do if I have forgotten my Paradigm password?
How to reset your Paradigm password and regain access to your student portal
If you have forgotten your Paradigm Password, please follow the steps below to reset it.
Step 1: Navigate to Paradigm student portal ( https://aihe.edu.net.au/php/index.php ), click on ‘Forgot password? ’
Step 2: Please enter your Student Number/Student Email address and Date of Birth (in the format of dd/mm/yyyy) i.e. 27/04/1997
Step 3: A link will be sent to both your AIH email account and personal email account. Please login to your email account and follow the instructions.
