How do I request a Unit Outline?

Step-by-step guide to requesting a Unit Outline and completing the official document form

To request Unit Outlines, please complete the Unit Outlines Request Form.

Please use this form only if the unit outlines are no longer available in Moodle. Unit outlines for your current units of study can be accessed directly through Moodle.

Each request form may be used to request up to six (6) unit outlines. If you require more than six unit outlines, please submit an additional request form.

Please note that requests may take up to five (5) business days to be processed, and a $15 processing fee applies to each request.
