How do I change my Paradigm password?

To change your Paradigm password, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to Paradigm student portal (https://aihe.edu.net.au/php/index.php) and log-in using your current details. If you have forgotten your password, please use the guide here: (forgotten paradigm password KB article)

Step 2: Once you have logged in, click on the plus on the left-hand side navigation pane to expand the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Click on My Login.

Step 5: Enter in your Current Password and a new password to secure your account.

Note: Your new password must contain the following:

• A minimum of 8 characters

• A combination of upperand lowercase letters

• At least 1 number

Step 6: Verify your new password and click on Update User Password. Your account has now been secured and password has been changed.
