How do I access my Student Email?

Step-by-step guide to logging in and accessing your AIH student email inbox

Below is a guide on how to access your student email:

Step 1: Navigate to https://office.aih.edu.au/

Step 2: Click on the “ Sign in ” button, this will take you to the login page.

Step 3: Enter your username details and click “Next”. Then enter your password.

  • · Username: [email protected] – e.g, [email protected]

  • · Password: Your date of birth in the DDMMYY format.

Note: If your date of birth is 03 April 1997 , your password will be “ 030497 ” Please note that the last two digits will ALWAYS be the last two digits of the year.

Step 4 : It will now ask you to verify your Microsoft account by push notification. You will then be brought to your inbox where you can view your emails.
