How can I reset my Microsoft 365 Password?

Below is a guide on how to reset your Microsoft 365 password:

Step 1: Click " Forgot my password"

Step 2: Enter the verification code and click NEXT

Step 3: Check the last two digits and ensure it is your mobile phone ending with XY. If yes, please type the mobile number and click Text

Step 4: Enter the verification CODE sent to your mobile number and click NEXT

Step 5: Enter your desired new password, ensure that the password is strong DON'T use your name, number, or DOB in any combination, as this will return an error stating that your password is not strong enough. Also, simple passwords like 1234 ABCD will not be accepted.

Step 6: Log in with your new password Troubleshooting If you are experiencing the following error message, "You can't reset your own password", please reach out to our support team with your Student ID, DOB and message that you are unable to reset your own password
