How to request an AIH invitation letter for guests or official purposes
If you require an invitation letter for graduation,
Please complete the Official College Letter Request Form requesting:
Invitation Letter is required when students need official confirmation of their graduation ceremony for purposes such as visa applications for inviting family members.
Please note: that invitation letters are only issued to eligible graduands who have received their graduation invitation for this year's ceremony.
In this for you will be asked to include the full names of your guests, their relation to you and upload a copy of their passports. Once received, the Student Services team will review the information and prepare the invitation letter for you.
Kindly note official documents may take up to five (5) business days to be produced.
