How can I change my email or Moodle password?

To change your password, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Navigate to https://www.microsoft365.com/

Step 2: Click on the Sign in button. This will redirect you to the sign in page.

Step 3: Enter in your sign in details and click " Next "

• • Username: studentid@students.aih.edu.au – e.g., 123456@students.aih.edu.au

• • Password: Please refer to the systems guide provided at Orientation.

Step 4: Once you have logged in, click on the initials on the top right-hand corner of the page. A drop-down menu will appear. Click on View account . This will redirect you to your account details page.

Step 5: On this page, in the password tile, please click on Change Password. This will redirect you to the password reset page.

Step 6: Enter in your old password and the new password you want to set your password to and click on Submit. You have now successfully reset your password.

Note: This will change BOTH your Moodle and Student Email password. Your Paradigm password will not be changed by this process.
