Step-by-step guide to submitting a Credit Exemption or Advanced Standing application

If would like to apply for Credit Exemption or Advanced Standing to gain credit for certain units in your course, please follow these steps carefully:

1. Requirements:

Complete the Advanced Standing Application Form and submit all documents required (see examples below).

  • Documents Required Subject/unit outlines : Include learning outcomes, weekly structure, assessments, and contact hours.

  • Transcripts and certificates : These must be certified by a Justice of the Peace or AIH staff member.

  • Foreign documents : Need official English translations.

2. Application Review: The Academic Dean will review your application and you will be notified of the outcome within 14 working days.
